Question Facebook Credits: Missing credits/didn't receive your item/skye credits

Purchases using facebook credits are not always instantaneous. If the facebook server is busy there may be a delay of up to a few hours. Wait at least 15 minutes and close your game and open then open it again before you consider your purchase missing.

Always, check your stash. Most items that can be purchased for credits are placed in your stash: including full energy refills, sleeping potions, beaver chops, vitalin, buildings, games, decorations, etc. Max Energy Boosters should be applied immediately but occasionally they end up in your stash. Outfits should be put directly on to your character, if they aren't click your character and then "makeover" to locate it.

If you are missing credits but have not made a purchase or would like to review recent transations use the payment tab of your account. Click "Account" in the upper right of any facebook page then select "Account Settings" from the menu. Then click the "Payments" tab. Or use the direct link: http://www.facebook.com/editaccount.php?payments

If those steps do not resolve the issue PLEASE file a credit dispute.

How to File a Credit Dispute
To file a credit dispute go to your game and wait for it to finish loading. Then scroll past the bottom of the game play area all the way to the bottom of the page. In the left corner click the link "Report/contact this app". Then follow the directions in the form.

Just a question, to help me understand if I need to take this further...yesterday I added gold/facebook credits in Ravenskye City (but this post is actually about Ravenwood Fair, so bear with me); Today when I logged into Ravenwood Fair, I was stunned to see that all of my facebook credits were gone from RF...I don't remember exactly how many I had left, but it would have been over 300. Did Facebook just transfer them from RF to RC? If so, how can I make sure I have enough in both games...eg, when I go to add more in RF, are they just going to take them away from RC (sort of like a ping pong game, the credits will keep bouncing back and forth between both games...is that how it works now?)

Sorry to seem confused...I've been playing many games for many years, and this is the first time I've seen this...I want to make sure the credits from RF didn't just disappear, and also I want to add more in RF, but don't want the system to take them away from RC....I need some in both games.

Do you have any info to help clear up the confusion, or should I submit a dispute?

    Thanks.

What did you buy in Skye?

I used some of the credits to finish upgrading several new buildings. I still have about 400 left there...but none in Fair, and there should be 300+ in Fair as well as what's in Skye. I've looked at the invoice for yesterday's purchase of credits for Skye, and it makes no mention of transferring any from Fair.

Now I'm afraid to buy more for Fair, until I know what happened. I did submit a report, but won't get an answer until Tuesday, so I'll just do things through the co-op over the holiday weekend. I just want to make sure those 300+ didn't just disappear erroneously.

There's definitely a problem...I just tried purchasing 105 credits, the transaction went through, but my balance still shows "0". I'll wait another few hours (as per FB's recommendation), but it's rather discombobulating...like I said, I've been playing FB games for years and this is the first time I've ever had a problem. It appears to be a FB problem, not Ravenwood Fair (though last night's transaction in Skye worked fine). I won't risk buying anymore until I figure out what's going on.

Thanks for trying to help...I'm just going to have to be patient and see how it resolves.

Update: the 105 credits that I just purchased an hour ago did show up in RF

So I'll just wait until Tuesday to hear back about where the old 300 went...maybe they were transferred to Skye. Thanks!

The credits in rwf are not game specific; they're just regular fb credits. Skye, however, requires that you use your fb credits (or real money) to buy skye credits, which are unique to that game. When you bought your skye credits last night in skye, you spent your fb credits, which is why those fb credits are no longer showing up in rwf.

Thank you so much (I responded in the other post in the Skye forum as well). It was confusing because when I've bought credits within RWF before, it didn't affect my total in Skye...so was not sure when I saw the opposite happen when buying credits in Skye. I'm glad you cleared that up for me. Thanks again!!
