FAQ: How to contact the game developers
Click the "report/contact this app" link located under the game area when you are in the play tab. Add notifications-support@lolapps.zendesk.com your e-mail’s address book to prevent the reply from being lost in your spam folder.
If you can't get that link to work, or the game is down and the link isn't there you can use this link: http://support.lolapps.com/anonymous_requests/new
You don't need to fill in the twitter information. If you include your facebook profile link (click on your name and then copy the url at the top) it will be easier for them to assist you.
