I completed a quest but the game doesn't recognize that I did. It is still in my game

First read the quest again, make sure you followed the instructions. Remember if it says buy/build you have to do so after you received the quest.

If you have met the quest criteria and the quest is still there the fastest way to have it fixed is to send a bug report

Visitor Quests
You may have two, or more, quests from the same visitor. Even though you have more than one quest the visitor will only talk about one of the quests when you click on them. You will have to turn in the quest that they are talking about before they will accept any other quests you may have completed first.

After allowing the game to finish loading click the "report/contact this app" link located under the game area when you are in the play tab. Add notifications-support@lolapps.zendesk.com your e-mail’s address book to prevent the reply from being lost in your spam folder.

1) I completed the Epic Chapel but the "Epic St. Paddys" still shows in progress.
2) The portal in my mine went back to being under construction when I completed the "Lost Guardian" quest - it's been this way for over a week even though I've seen on the boards where yall have beeing saying your working on it. Do you know when this will be resolved?
3) When I try to submit this bug via the contact link on facebook it does nothing.

1) I'm not sure why you'd have the "Epic St Paddy's" quest at this point but that quest probably asks you to build and Irish Chapel, not an Epic one.
2) They have asked people to send in a bug report for that issue because so far the only solution is to fix each person's game one by one. See:

The "report/contact this app" below the gameremains the best option for sending in a bug report because it gives the most information to the developers and is the most reliable. I see the developers are attempting to link to this again; and as usual that does not work. Please use the instructions below (click through to the photo tutorial if needed)

The help tab is not fully functional yet; the developers are working with the company that provides that software to improve performance. If neither of those work you can use http://support.lolapps.com/anonymous_requests/new BUT the developers will not receive your facebook ID so you will need to include it in your message.

the gia quest for "i love surprises" and the lemonade stand are both active. i have completed the "surpises" quest but she will only talk about the lemonade quest (which is still in the works). I am unable to complete the surpises quest. I will see what happens after the lemonade task is complete.

I completed Gia's quest for pine cones and acorns but can't clear it because when I click on her all she says is she's loving the toffee apples! There is no mark above her head. I have tried clearing my cache and going in again but nothing.

You have to complete the quest Gia is talking about before you can move on to the next one.

Computers are never perfect, they're designed by humans. When a problem occurs this infrequently it's not necessarily that there is an issue with the quest that can be fixed. It's just that sometimes things don't work as expected and need a human to reset them. It's really the equivalent of closing and opening a program that isn't functioning, or unplugging and plugging back in an appliance that isn't working (printer, router, microwave, etc). In an ideal world it wouldn't need tech support, in an imperfect world a percentage to the time random errors occur that can never be properly explained let alone fixed.

If even 1% of players were seeing this same issue there would be a lot more posts about it.

They fixed it for me. The support team is so great. I've had three quest glitches and all three were fixed within hours. Yay lolapps team!

Also, as soon as I got the turkey feed toss done, I was presented with a SECOND opportunity to buy the materials. More materials than the first time, so more cost (looking for a refund on that one, please!)

I completed the turkey toss game and it was not recognised as being completed. So I purchased a 2nd turkey toss game, collected all the gifts again, and on completion for the 2nd time it isnt being recognised as completed. Please can you fix for me. Sorry, I don't understand this at all. Could you post a screenshot of the quest you are having difficulty completing. And explain in detail what happened with the Turkey feed toss

I know exactly what they're talking about, because I am having the exact same issue.

The issue is with the Thanksgiving Gathering quest. When I completed the Cornucopia Tavern, it said to return to Alphonso. He was there, with the little question mark over his head. Clicking on him still has him asking if he can eat yet, and the only available answer option is "not yet". So there's no way to finish out the quest. Alphonso is just in an infinite loop of hunger, I guess

i need to buy and place a shower shack for muphy. when i click on buy in xhoppe after clicking on the quest it brings my to the shoppe>bulidingds> all> and there i have the dopefish stand, irish hatter, dragons lair, fireithium garden, dragon bath, banana flambe cart, hotdog cart and trashcap. usually it brings me right to the page where i can find the item i need to buy and place or build. when i go to the correct page and buy and place the shower shack it does not recognize it as being bought and place. nothing happens. and i don't have any other quests to finish first.

I'm having this same problem. Both Murphy and Britney are telling me to build a Dragon Bath. Murphy's was originally a Shower Shack, which I did build, but it's not recognized.

I have the same problem with Gia. 2 of my quests with her are done, but it gets stuck at the part where I need to talk to her about it. It says completed when I first log into the game but then it just stays on the side of the screen, because Gia apparently doesn't care as much as my raccoon.

Make a second Candy Apple and finish the quest "Apple of her Eye" and you should be able to continue.
