    Default Lost items due to errors: "out of sync", "two windows", "are you connected..." etc

    Firstly delete your flash cache which and reduce the chances of the problem recurring:
    How To Delete Ravenwood from your Flash Cache.

    You will not lose any game data but "Enable Fast loading"/memory settings will be set back to default.

    Close Ravenwood completely then go to this website:

    The control panel on the web is not a photograph. This is the actual control panel. Find "edgecast" and highlight it, then click "Delete Site"

    *NOTE: It was previously listed as "Ravenwood" in the flash cache, since Ravenwood switched to a different server hosting company it comes up as "edgecast". Sorry for any confusion this causes.

    Then Submit a bug report!
    The more bug reports are sent in the better this game will be! Bug reports mean problems are found and fixed faster and with less work from the developers (the more examples of a problem the easier it may be to find). Also the developers really do not want you to miss out on things you've earned.
    How To Submit a Bug Report:

    Click on "Contact Developer" link to the left of the Ravenwood wall. Add notifications-support@lolapps.zendesk.com to your e-mail’s address book to prevent the reply from being lost by your spam filter.

    Default mudhroom reward never works

    it lets me collect then every single time tells me my game is out of sync with the server yet never does this on the other collections so no clue and it is very very unfair cuz im loosing a ton of energy etc that way that i could be using to keep playing the fair

    I did file a bug report, but was curious if anyone else is seeing this as consistently as I am, and across multiple browsers/computers. What I wrote in the bug report:

    I go to a neighbor's fair and collect items (such as from recharging the Oak Tree protectors) that complete a collection. I then return to my fair and submit my collection. It appears to work, but within a minute or so I get an "Out of Sync" error that reloads the game. Now my collection is still gone, but any rewards I received (such as wood) are gone as well.

    I lost over 500 wood tonite when it went out of synch while I was building on the vitalin well been happening alot this is the first time I've noticed losing stuff except energy

    Thumbs down Ravenwood collections

    every since the collections have started in Ravenwood I have been unable to redeem them without having an error has occured and ust reload message. I have tried closing and re-opening the game prior to claiming, but I still loose 90% of what I have collected. If I had received all of the rewards owing to me I would have gone up 1 or 2 levels by now. It's getting very infuriating and I'm considering stopping playing as I am sooooo fed up with it!!!

    This is the 2nd time I've lost over 500 wood I wish I could be compensated for it takes time to gather. I tried to delete it from flash cache but couldn't find Ravenwood found every other game I've played but not this one

    I've noticed a connection between the collections and the reload out of synch error also, I keep trying to claim the Wall Watcher reward and every time I do it bugs out. Not sure if its all collections but I'm sure of that one. I've lost the wood several times and I'm a bit peeved about it building the wonders without the game stealing your wood away is hard enuff

    I, too, lost about 600 wood tonight. Every time, I had just redeemed the Wall Watcher's collection. The first time, I went to a neighbour's fair with over 400 wood, and when I came back I had fewer than 200. The second two times happened in succession; I redeemed the collection, started building my planet spinner, and got the "out of synch error." Lost 200 wood PLUS all the work I had done so far. I had another of the same collection, redeemed it, and the same thing happened. Very frustrating.

    I've also lost over 1000 wood after collecting the wallwatcher collection. The number of wood appears but when I use it to build I get the out of sync error message and my build number decreases back to the previous so I'm not only losing wood but my buildings are not progress either.

    Problem:
    Submit a completed collection for Wall Watcher at the final tier (level 11).
    Claiming the Wall Watcher collection awards the wood bonus.
    • An "Out of Sync" message appears and prompts to Reload.
    • The wood reward is deducted but the energy remains.
    • Occasionally, the wood will reset when returning from Ravenstone Mine, but does not go "Out of Sync".


    Solution:
    • We advise that you save your collections until this issue is resolved to prevent further losses of wood when submitting or claiming the Wall Watcher rewards.

    We will update this page as soon as we have more information on this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Sorry, this post didn't get updated when Ravenwood changed servers. Ravenwood is now listed as "edgecast", I apologize for the inconvenience.

    Well I did clear the cache as advised didn't help the issue but now I know whats causing it I'll just stop turning it in until they resolve it

    I'm also having these problems. I've lost over 1000 wood so far, my son has also lost over 600. I've reported the problem so lets hope Ravenwood sort out the problem so. I hate having so much energy at my disposal and not being able to use it! It's like having a chocolate bar and not being able to eat it .

    Unhappy OOS cost me a quest

    I had the 8 day quest running to get another Buglock Protector for my fair, and I only needed one more Vitalin. I clobbered a Vulture and it dropped a Vitalin for me, and the little window popped up to tell me I'd finished the quest and could find my prize in my storage, but then before I could click anything it got overwritten by an "Out of sync" message! I've now burned through my last 20 energy chopping trees and clobbering monsters without finding another vitalin, even after killing the same vulture that re-appeared after reloading. [upset][/upset]

    When normal, scheduled, growth occurs two to three times per day trees that have been chopped but not removed should regenerate one or more chops. Currently this part of the game is not working.

    The same is true for normal rocks in the mine: normal rocks include "Craggy Rock", "Ancient Rock", "Chunky Rock", "Rough-hewn Rock", "Dark Rock", etc.

    Mushrooms (rocks), Flame Crystal rocks, and Crystal rocks do not regenerate.[1] (Note: Raven Woody says Flame Crystals do regenerate? In any case if they were last Mondayish they will again, if they weren't before they won't when this is fixed)

    However once you have less than 25% of your rocks remaining in your mine new rocks, including these three special rocks will grow [2]

    Vitalin Crystals are another special case. Vitalin Crystals no longer regenerate if partially chopped and they are no longer part of regular regrowth. If you have no vitalin crystals at all only one 4-chop one will grow as part of normal regrowth [3]

    Regular new rock growth and new tree growth are not effected by this bug. If you have trees in less than 50% of the squares in your fair you should get new trees. If you have rocks covering less than 25% of the squares in your mine new rocks should grow.

    LOLapps hopes to fix the regeneration issues very soon!

    I had gotten a $10 facebook money card. I had about 38 credits left then the ravenwood fair game resynced(sp?) and suddenly I have 0! How do I get this back?

    Make sure the credits aren't listed in your account balance in the upper right corner of the facebook page when playing a game. See if you can file a credit dispute, if you can't then just file a normal bug report

    How to File a Credit Dispute
    To file a credit dispute go to your game and wait for it to finish loading. Then scroll past the bottom of the game play area all the way to the bottom of the page. In the left corner click the link "Report/contact this app". Then follow the directions in the form.

    When i keep playing the game. Most of the time there is a message that pop up saying "Too many error occurs" Then it refresh and i had to do those thing that i am doing all over again. Anyone experiencing this too?
