[BUG] Sleeping Potion Troubleshooting

I've used three sleeping potions and it did nothing. The first one gave me 14 trees, the second added one tree and the third added none. I did not reload my game before hand of using any of the potions because I hadn't known of the bug. I removed every item from my fair so I would have as much space for the trees as possible. I have not visited any of my neighbors yet today but I used the Friendly game simplifier to reply to more than 500 item requests before hand. I also have the ravenwood game bar installed, I use Firefox version 4.0.1 and Flash version WIN 10,2,153,1 and computer version is Windows XP using 32 bit.

I think I gave all the information the first post asks for and I hope you guys and gals working at LOLapps finds the problem to this bug and I give y'all a good luck! I know you can fix it, you fixed the invincible root problem so I know you can fix this too!! <3 I'm going to try again after reloading my game.

I have used 3 sleeping potions in the last two days after stashing almost all of my buildings, etc. Once I got no trees at all and the other two times I only got a handful. And this is after refreshing my browser. Can I have either the 15k coins or the 3 potions back please? I need a ton of wood to finish my panther den so the potions would be good. Thanks.

Over the past week I have used 5 with no results including one used today. No trees whatsoever.

I used one today and it was fine BUT .... I do find that it is best to close the game down completely and go back in, not just refresh as this doesnt always solve the problem.

ctrl+F5 or ctrl+shift+R will reload will force any compliant windows browser to download a new copy of the webpage you're on and overwrite the cache. Not sure what the Mac command is?

I have a large area cleared out for trees. I bought and used a potion today and ZERO trees grew. I closed my browser and restarted the game and it didn't help.

I used two potions and got 0 trees. All of my protectors have been stashed as well.

After weeks of not being able to play at all, finally am able to get the game to load. Then I earn the Sleeping Potion and... Nothing.

From your screen capture it looks (darker green) like you purchased grass and placed it on top of the original grass. That's the same as any other decoration, so no trees can grow there. Try storing the darker sections and then trees should grow there (I think).

I have had this problem too, today. Used 1 sleeping potion, no worries. Went to use another and nothing. Tried a 3rd time and still zip. Have reloaded the game several times and nada. I love my potions, not that happy to lose them :-(

No trees for me...I've used 2 over the last week or so and almost no trees either time...

I've used almost a dozen sleeping potions - but it seems the potions will only allow 5 tiny trees to regrow when using it, even when I use several in a row - after the first one, no more trees will grow? What's up? All the reloading, closing tips did not help resolve this. These new quests require major tree chopping, but I can't get any trees to grow!

i used a sleeping potion and only about 7 trees regrew. i wen to this thread and read it and did reload the game and used a sleeping potion again and it still didnt work, but i did have about 15 trees regrow this time. can u fix this and give me back my potions. i dont want u to regrow them for me. id rather do it at my convenance so can u tell me when to try again. plz n tyia

I used 4 in a Row (Yea stupid me)

I think your right on other fairs
id just got all my energy renewed by other fairs
and figured id do it - poof - did one nothing, did another
nothing did another in frustration (not real frustration)
and still nott'n.

Iam sure that the cache'n of the game and updates and all are
having a total toll on the Staff (developers) this being the most
updated game of the facebook world.

Same here, just used 1 and got limited tree growth, not a full grow. Any update?

I have cleared the cache of both Firefox 3.6.18 and Sarfari 5.0.5 using Mac OS X (10.6.7) and received similar results to the above. The tree growth after using the potion roughly resembles the time I tried to grow a beard at age 15... sparse and not pretty. The first potion I used worked wonderfully but every one since then has sprouted only a handful of trees. Thanks for working on this!

Tried everything to no avail. Cleared cache, reloaded, cleared cache, reloaded...muttered mild oaths along the way (egad). Cleared cache on Firefox 5.0, reloaded and nothing...Sleeping potion has worked well for me in the past. What's up? I'm out 40,000 coins for, as you know, the definition of insanity is performing an action repeatedly expecting different results.

So hopefully this will help.

Conditions before using the sleeping potion:
--latest Firefox browser
--energy half full
--only one protector charged in area
--had already used one potion prior this play session (did not reload or exit game)
--no warning pop up for second potion used
--no trees spawned AT ALL in any of my blank areas. Anywhere. Single exception being two trees that spawned at the back of charged snowman protector.

I'd love to see this get fixed, as I just essentially wasted coin and the opportunity to get much-needed building materials. =)

after using the sleeping potion, I got lots of new trees....only one problem...there are some trees outside of my Island! I can't get rid of them! Any idea how to fix this???
