[BUG] Sleeping Potion Troubleshooting

I tried resetting cache again but couldn't find Ravenwood in the cache. Tried another sleeping potion and got trees. Out of the last 4 tries, it worked every other time.

Yesterday I used it and it gave me onle a few trees. Today I tried to use it twice and got none.

I stashed some bigger buildigs and games, used the sleeping potion and trees only grew where the objects had been before and none in the massive space i also had free

I've tried the sleeping potion 3-4 times and got only a handful of trees each time. I even tried removing some tiles in between tries. The spaces I've reserved for tree growth didn't get anything.

i just use sleep potion, just have 2 small trees even i have much empty space

just used mine a few minutes ago and no new trees. i refreshed the page too, and still nothing.that was the first time i tried it.

I bought 3 sleeping potions and only got tress on the last attempt and I only got like 4 trees. Will i get reimbursed or my trees? Annie H

I used the sleeping potion without success. This really does need to be fixed. It is way too expensive to keep trying if nothing is going to happen. So now I am stuck -- my trees won't grow back on their own and now the potion doesn't work and I'm not level 25 so I can't do the rattler quest (even though it was given to me).

Mine worked but gave me 2 dozen trees not the full land cover it should do. I hope we get some kind of compensation and it better be good or I will no longer play the game

I used 2 sleeping potions and my trees didn't come back. Finally had to use my 3rd and final sleeping potion to get half of them back.

Just tried to use the sleeping potion, it failed to regrow the trees and tried again. Its worked previously, I was a little surprised to see no new trees after using the potion

Used sleeping potion and a great big space was left still without trees. Used another one, but no change and the space still remains clear.

Ravenwood Fair recently experienced some temporary bugs. Due to the high number of reports submitted we have been unable to assess your situation on an individual basis.

Fortunately, many issues with Ravenwood Fair have been solved so you may no longer need our assistance.

Issues that came up in the last few days:

1) Rattlers were not appearing; this should be working as expected now but you need to be level 25 to get them.
2) Sleeping Potions not working: issue should be fixed.
3) Beaver Chops not working: issue should be fixed.
4) Visitor Houses and restocking were sending the game out of sync: both issues have been fixed.
5) Character voices were mixed up: issue is fixed.

Yeah same problem for me too, jus brought 3 sleeping potions, the 1st one got me bout 6 trees in the whole field, second 2 didnt have any effect??

the only timrs it works for me is if i reload the game just before i use it especially if i have made new space which wasn't there when i went on the game
