Ravenwood Fair Gamebar Problems

Hey all my spyware is stoping the download and saying there is spyware in the download i tryed allowing it threw and it still stops it any suggestions?

I accidentally uninstalled the gamebar and cant find where to get it again. Can anybody help?

I have the exact problem. I thought the toolbar was slowing down the game, but I was wrong. I deleted the gamebar and can't get it back. If you find a solution please let me know at,"loraine333@yahoo.com". Thank You, Loraine

I have the issue with not being able to install it. Says I have already have one toolbar powered by ask. I have one game bar and it is for Yoville and like to have this one as well, since I play both.

I can use the Toolbar anymore. I get a message that says "Invalid URL"
I tried re-installing the Toolbar and I still get the same thing.
ALSO...every time I click on "skip" (Inviting Friends) it open up an new window with the exact same thing.
Anybody else have this problem?

I, also, cannot get the toolbar. I had to get a new comp because mine died... Is there a link for it somewhere?

i have no problems with it appearing. its trying to USE it that I have issues with. It never loads the game all the way. If it loads anything at all

I am using firefox 5.0, I couldn't get the toolbar to even show up, all that shows up is the ask toolbar, so I uninstalled it and tried several times to no avail., please fix this issue.

I'm not able to log in with the tool bar. It tells me to login with facebook and when i click the button, it won't give me the new pop up window. It also apparently continuously refreshes itself making nearly impossible to type messages in facebook. Using IE.

I also am unable to use my toolbar for awhile now It keeps telling me connect via facebook. I have even uninstalled & reinstalled thinking this was the issue. Using ff 3.6 as 4.0 keeps crashing.

The developers were just notified of this problem on Tuesday of this week by me. The did not know there was a problem. So hopefully it will be working again soon.

I have firefox 6.0 and the toolbar; it works about 10% of the time; the rest of the time it just has a "login to facebook" button on it that doesn't do anything when clicked.
Oddly enough, if my husband logs into his account the toolbar usually starts working, but when I log in it does not.

Yes, the only thing that changes is the Facebook account. That's what makes it so strange.

This has been sent to the developers. I am also using FF 6.0 and the game bar works maybe once or twice then it is dead for 2 or more days. I would like to know when this will be fixed as well.

No I did not as Ivy did not say I needed too.

I now have reported this bug to Ask. Seeings how we seem not to be able to get any updates on this thread from the Moderator's or from the Community Manager in regards to this issue.

Im adding to update this thread. I unticked the box that asked me if I wanted ASK.com to be my search provider, and installed the toolbar. Really dubious about this, as the ASK.com search function had taken over my usual Google search ! I uninstalled it stat.....Theres nothing about Ravenwood Fair on there, until someone has some definite secure answers on this Im not touching this toolbar with a bargepole. I want to know its not just there to spy on me ! Very odd.

Why does the Ravenwood Gamebar only shows the "Ask" search box and not the Ravenwood toolbar itself?

Same with me.
