Homes: OOS when tenant stocks, OOS when collecting rent, and other HOME problems

I have one tenant and get the OOS whenever she restocks. I do have lvl 10 wall watchers collection and I believe (not positive) that I got it to lvl 10 after I got my neighbor home.

I have buildt several homes in my fair and I don't believe any of my people actually are restocking anything. In addition there is a bug when you first move a tenant into the new house you cannot click on them a collect rent, instead they make a funny noise, you have to reload the game (again) to click and get the rent.

When they restock something you should get a message that swoops across the machine; keep in mind they only stock games and buildings that are completely out of stock, and they will not charge protectors. After they stock something they won't stock again for 12 hours.

I don't know what others think, but I have the 'Out of Sync' message every time something needs restocking or when I try to collect rent. I am playing with wndows 7. My partner however is playing with windows vista and has no problem at all. I have to login on his computer to restock and collect rent. Also when the rent is due on my computer, I switch to his only to find that on Vista I still have hours and hours to go before I can collect. So I am wondering if the problem is with players using windows 7. Please let me know what you think.
