Missing Quests: I'm missing a quest / why did my friend get a quest and I didn't!

Occasionally a few players will end up missing an entire quest chain, very rarely someone will be missing a single quest. If you are out of quests please see: FAQ: Out of quests! Why do I have no more quests! Where are my Quests!

First scan through your quest log, it is easy to miss/forget quests that are completed as soon as they are unlocked.

If you are looking at a wall post or forum post about a quest consider the level of the person posting it. If they are a lower level than you are more likely to have forgotten the quest, also to find it you would have to go a lot further back in the quest log. Some quests teaching game functions have also been added for new players and in some cases higher level players will not receive these quests (for example the quest to find the orange flag should be given to new players, otherwise you get the quest and no flag)

If they are a higher level than you or have been playing a lot longer you may get quests in a different order. Sometimes new quest chains are added to the middle of existing ones. For example some players received the Rattleyr/Dragon quests after the Epic Quests, but now the Dr Cat quests come after the Epic quests and before the Rattleyr ones.

If you think you are missing out on a newly added quest chain please check the sticky posts at the top of the Ravenwood area. Problems with new releases are kept in one thread to start because they are generally resolved quickly.

Also scan through Known Issues and see if your problem is listed there.

Otherwise if you think you are missing a quest/quest chain that isn't covered elsewhere please post here, and include:
1) List any active quests in your quest log
2) Which quest(s) you think you are missing
3) What level you are
