Default Posting: Where does my post go? I can't find my post? Why didn't I get an answer?

    Currently the forum areas are:
    The Front Desk
This is where you start out. If you have any questions about using the forum please post them here.

Please note that any posts about Ravenwood Fair or Ravenskye City do not belong in this area, they belong in the the forum for that game. Posts from this area are automatically deleted after a period of time and can not be restored. Neighbour and gift requests posted in this area will be deleted immediately.

    LOL
Internet humour and jokes from the LOLsters and other users. Please note this section may contain some adult content. A great place to get to know the LOLsters!

    Ravenwood Fair
Within the Ravenwood section there are four main areas:

    Main Section:
This is where most posts go. Post your questions, comments, suggestions, etc in here. This area will just have the name of the game.

    Co-operate:
ALL requests for gifts or neighbours must go in this area. Also solicitations to join Facebook fan groups, “friend” people in the forum go in this area.

There are two main categories of threads in the co-operate area:
    Sticky Threads:
Located at the top of the Co-operate area these threads are marked with a sticky note picture. These threads are monitored by the forum moderators; posts in the wrong thread will be deleted. An overview of the rules for the sticky gift threads can be found in the sticky titled “Sticky Gift Thread Rules. Please read!” Any questions or comments about using the sticky threads should be placed in the rules thread. General questions about gift requests, neighbour requests, or the co-operate area should be placed in the rules thread as well.

A list of which links can be placed in each sticky thread can be found at the top of each thread.

    Regular Threads:
Anyone can start a regular thread, these threads are skimmed by the moderators to make sure there is nothing offensive or annoying. If you feel someone is out of hand you may report them as well.
Be polite, don’t start multiple threads or posts when one would be better. The more organized this section is the easier it will be for everyone to use – but it is up to you, the fans, to make this area what you want it to be!

    Bug Reporting and Known Issues:

If you encounter a bug, glitch, or problem in the game check here first. Updates and possible solutions will be found in these threads. Having all of the details and a list of users with the problem in one place assists the LOLapps staff in solving problems.

In general this area is only for problems affecting multiple people. One-off or one time problems, glitches, or bugs should be kept in the main area. You will get a faster response in the main area, and an organized smaller “Known Issues” area is easier for everyone to use.

The moderators read all the threads –you will get a response in the main area and patterns are generally identified quickly. Sometimes new problems spread quickly, if there is a new problem and the moderators haven’t caught it then start a thread in known issues –please try to ensure it is just one thread per problem.

    FAQ:

This area is for frequently asked questions. Please take the time to see if your question has already been answered before posting. If you do post make sure that the title is clear so that your thread will be helpful to others as well.

Questions that are less common should be placed in the main area. Threads in the main area are answered faster and usually receive more answers. Be sure to check for an answer to your question before starting a new thread, and be sure to read ALL the answers in a thread before adding your question to an existing thread. No one enjoys repeating themselves dozens of times, particularly if the answer is just a few posts above or a few threads down!

    PRO TIPS:

If you type a post when you reply/submit the forum asks you to log-in enter your username and password instead of connecting with facebook. If you connect with facebook the forum usually decides to eat your post! Oh Noes!

Cool Reminder: If you don't get an answer/response to your post: bump it up

Sometimes things in this forum get missed; or specifically I miss them. This can happen when your thread gets spammed and I remove the spam but it causes the post to appear read, or just through plain old human error - sometimes I even type an answer and either forget to post it or don't notice that it hasn't gone through properly

I'm just a volunteer and I dash in and out when I get a chance, and now that there's only one person moderating this forum these errors are more likely to occur.

It's not personal, so please, if you haven't gotten a response within 10 hours or so "bump up" your thread by adding a response.

    Thanks!

Reminder: If you can't find your post click your name at the very top middle of the forum, then on the left click "Find all posts"
