FAQ: Too Many Trees

Um, what about too few trees? I chopped all mine down before I figured out that I actually needed to leave some for building materials. Now they won't grown back!

Trees should grow every 8-12 hours UNLESS:
*More than 50% of your fair is already covered in trees
*Most of your fair is already covered in decorations or a combination of decorations and trees.

As a first step to tracking down this problem please add yourself to this thread if you haven't had any new trees for 24 hours. Please add any details that you think are relevant, for example did they stop growing after you used a sleep potion, when you added homes, etc.

UPDATE:

The inner circle around protectors now blocks new trees from growing when the protector is charged.

The only workaround continues to be to use a sleeping potion:

1) Set aside an area specifically for trees
2) Buy a sleeping potion
3) Close your game completely and then open it again
4) Any trees in areas you do not want trees chop down completely
5) In the area you have set aside for trees chop trees but leave the stump; the stump should regenerate to a degree each regrowth cycle. Continue to leave the stumps and you will continue to get regeneration.

I have no updates, workarounds, or suggestions from LOLapps.

i have used all my sleeping potions as the great beaver lodge requires a ridiculas amount of wood to build it how can i get more as its taking for ever to complete it?

I have read i think that if you place a protector down that does now stop trees regrowing as fas as the pt reaches.
I could be wrong ?
