If your energy does not refill, please submit a bug report as soon as you notice (or include the time the error occurred) and include the following information:
1) Whether the game was running in the background; or if it was closed completely
2) If your computer was sleeping/hibernating when the issue occurred

There is no specific fix that can be applied to your account at this time, but your bug reports will help fix this issue for everyone! Thanks for making this game great!

How to Submit a Bug Report
After allowing the game to finish loading click the "report/contact this app" link located under the game area when you are in the play tab. Add support@ravenskye.zendesk.com to your e-mail’s address book to prevent the reply from being lost in your spam folder.
