[HELP THE FORUM] If you are experiencing issues with the forum

1) Which browser are you using? (Internet Explorer, Fire Fox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, Rockmelt, Maxthon, Avant, PhaseOut, Deepnet Explorer etc)

2) Which version number are you using? (The full version number can be found under "about" somewhere near "help" in your browser's menu and will look like 9.11.098 not just one number)

3) Which operating system are you using? (Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Lion, Snow Leopard, Leopard, Tiger, Ubuntu, Fedora, Linux Mint, openSUSE, PCLinuxOS, etc)
(The forum does not use flash, I do not need your flash information)

4) Have you tried other browsers, if so do they have the same issue? Please fill out the first two questions for every browser you have tried that has the same issue. If you have tried a browser and it does not have the same issue please list that information here:

5) Can not type a reply to existing thread:

a) Which of the following actions cause an error:

• clicking the green "reply to thread" button (at the top and bottom of the thread)
• "reply" under a post
• "reply with quote"

b) What specifically happens when you try to reply? If you receive different issues when using different reply options please specify.
c) Does it happen all the time, randomly, or on specific threads. If randomly does closing and reopening your browser allow you to edit posts that you could not reply to. If specific threads please give examples.

a) Does the error happen when you click "post quick reply", "submit reply" (in advanced mode), or both?
b) What specifically happens when you click reply

Not sure if this is the place to pose this question.
I'm experiencing issues here when trying to send gifts to people on the
pages here. I click the link then nothing. The screen turns white, and the
little wheel showing its loading just keeps on spinning. Does anyone else
have this problem? Thanks much...Susan

Do you have issues sending gifts from your wall? Could you answer the first 4 questions.

Im talking about sending gifts here. I have no problem in the game. When i try to send to the people here that have posted requsets for items they need...i get nowhere really fast. It seem yesterday and today. Never had this issue before.

Yes, I understood your post. I was asking if you *also* had issues with sending gifts from your wall.

In addition I still need the answers to the first 4 questions in the first post, I simply do not have the resources available to test for issues in every combination of operating system and browser.

Anti-Virus is Avast

Three times my anti-virus has blocked me from accessing parts of the forum. Today it blocked me from accessing the sub-forum for tips and tricks in the Ravenshire Castle forum.

I'm trying to figure out how to over ride it, but thought you might want to know about it.

I haven't tried a different browser, but I will try Chrome here in a bit.
