Attention Non Facebook RwF Players

As affected players should be aware through in-game communications, Ravenwood Fair is being taken down from all non-Facebook platforms effective January 31st. That news stinks.

However there is some good news. If players from any Non-Facebook platforms would like to switch over to Facebook we will be switching over your fair from your other platform to Facebook at your request! In order to get transfered all you need to do is:

• Set up an account on Facebook and download Ravenwood Fair
• Submit a bug report at support.lolapps.com
  • In the subject, include the word 'transfer' in your message (so we can find it easily)
  • Include your current platform User ID and your Facebook user ID
• And that's it. Then just be patient and wait for us to reply with instructions on how to load up your starter package!

UPDATE: We can now transfer fairs right over instead of just offering the starter package! This would overwrite all the info on your current Facebook Fair with the info from your non-Facebook Fair. (the starter package is still available to those who would prefer not to overwrite their Facebook Fair).

Note: To find your User ID(for imvu) here is how:

Easy way:
1. Go to www.IMVU.com and log in.
2. Click your username at the upper left of the page to access your homepage.
3. View the link in your web browsers address bar. *Your User ID is the number at the end of the link.
Example: http://www.imvu.com/catalog/web_mypage.php?user=209408

Hoping to get back some of those limited items and buildings *weep weep*

I do have a question though, will current progress be lost with this transfer package? I started playing in late December upon learning of the shutdown, therefore I do not want to lose the progress I made so far on my new facebook account. It's not much progress, especially compared to almost a year's worth on Bebo, but it was alot of work nonetheless xD Plus the the limited (christmas and magic buildings etc.)

It should be the same as if you buy a pack, like the wedding one, in the shop. It should just add everything in the list to your game and not mess anything up or remove anything.
