what do the building uses numbers mean? should i move buildings with 0 uses or stash them? or does it mean how many time ive collected a collection?thank you

what do the building uses numbers mean? should i move buildings with 0 uses or stash them? or does it mean how many time ive collected a collection?
The building use numbers indicate how often a visitor used your building. The amount of XP and coin you get from using buildings is based on how many times it has been used.
