I've bought and built my picnic site so all i have left to do is talk to Tony right? Well after I talk to Tony, the quest does not complete and stays in my quest queue.

I am having same issue. Any quest for Tony won't complete - if quest requires talking to Tony. He is stuck on the ' Is this from Annie?' If you try to talk to Tony that is the only conversation that occurs. as a result, quest does not complete.
