Disappearing Machine and Portal

My Water Extractor disappeared one day, so I bought another one thinking it was my mistake. While I was reviewing my completed Quests, I saw that I had already restored and reactivated the Mysterious Portal a long time ago. Yet the Portal has been showing as incomplete for the past few months.

Then the missing Extractor shows up, so now I have one built and one incomplete. The Portal, however, still displays as incomplete and sometimes I see Luka stuck in a corner.

Not quite sure what's going on, but I'm fairly certain that I'm not losing my mind.

There was a glitch ages ago with the Portal, you can either complete it again or write customer service and they will do it for you.

After allowing the game to finish loading click the "report/contact this app" link located under the game area when you are in the play tab. Add notifications-support@lolapps.zendesk.com to your e-mail’s address book to prevent the reply from being lost in your spam folder.
