I've run out of energy several times tonight and every time I try to ask for some, I click "ask for energy". I get the share box and I click on that but it never sends!! I've waited to try again with hours in between times and it's still the same. Is it FB's problem?

Try going to the co-operative page on the forum, you can ask for energy and you can click on other's links and they will send you energy in return.
