    Default Wood Material disappeared?? How to get help

    I have only been playing a couple months and never had to report a problem so not sure if this is correct forum or way.

    Yesterday I turned in about 13-15 monster collections for 120 wood each and and I used some for building. I probably still had 900 or so wood when I left the game, I get on today and I had 15. where did all my wood go and how can I get it back, I am extremely upset about this as I still had several buildings to finish but was out of energy and planned to finish them tonight by visiting neighbors to get more energy, I could not find any other thread where something like this was posted. Not sure what all info you need to access my game to figure it out. any help is greatly appreciated.

    How to Submit a Bug Report
    After allowing the game to finish loading click the "report/contact this app" link located under the game area when you are in the play tab. Add support@ravenskye.zendesk.com to your e-mail’s address book to prevent the reply from being lost in your spam folder.

    If you're certain that the wood wasn't used for building, you can submit a bug report and ask customer service to replenish your wood. It's always best to ask nicely, as they tend to be more accommodating when they're in a good mood
