Just Wondering...

Hi! I'm a new player, and have been having some problems. I started looking for one in these threads so that I wouldn't add one if someone had already posted it, but after going back to like page 15, I feel confident that no one else has posted about most of them.
My first question is, though, that after reading a bit of these threads, I realize that I have had a few problems that have been compounding, and wonder if I shouldn't just put them all together in a bug report, because they may be all linked, or may be all happening because of one source?
I have done my best to clear my history, clear my adobe cache, close and restart, shut down all other unused windows, and even try other browsers, but I am still having the same problems.
I just don't want to bug - ha ha! - the bug fixers unnecessarily, so if any of you nice moderators can let me know what you think I should do next, please let me know. Thanks!!!!

For interests' sake my most predominant problems are:

1) Berries N' Cream Stand - I would like to just go ahead an buy the few materials that I have left to complete that quest, but when I click on it, it flashes to the blue framed "processing" box, and then right back to the game screen, without completing the action, as if I had not done anything at all. It does this for all paying options, including the "complete!" box at the bottom, but the "Ask Friends" button seems to be working just fine.

2) Crystals - No matter how many crystals I find or add, it only shows I have one in my inventory. I have tried it many different ways now, and none of them stick.

3) After surfing the forums, I finally got to the gift exchange thread (eureka, what a good idea!!!!), and went ahead and did all the usual steps in accepting and sending the materials that I chose. Yet, when I went back into the game, not one had been added to my inventory. When I went back to redo the links, just in case it was a mistake between the chair and the computer, ( ) I reclicked the links, and they say that I had already requested the gifts on the links and then to try another one. When I do try another one, they say that I have already asked for that material. Can you only accept one of one type of material each day?

4) But by far my largest and most re-ocurring problem is getting the error message: "Invalid URL," and a white page. (One example was this: "Invalid URL The requested URL "/ravenwoodfair/gift/feed/? is invalid)." Sometimes it is every facebook game I'm playing at the same time (I jump back and forth between different games to let the energy refill so I can keep on playing, you see (), but sometimes it is only one or two of them, while the others are just fine. I opened the ones that are not working in another browser (Starting with Chrome, and switching into IE), which worked at first, but now, whatever browser I'm using, it acts the same way things do in chrome (which is: some up/some down, or all down, like I described above). Sometimes it's out for half a day.

So can you guys help me out? I KNOW that this has to be A LOT of work, so I am grateful for your caring, and your time!!!

I am MORE than happy to do any leg-work, if someone is willing to provide the knowledge and the know how...

Oh, and PPS - In the "Justice, Like Lightning" storyline in Ravenskye City, does that Refer to the Lightning in FFXIII (and XIII-2), by any chance???? Just wondering...

1) I've asked LOLapps to see if there's an issue buying things with credits and they've just said they've tested it and it works fine. Could be a pop-up blocker, or security setting. In IE try incompatibility mode, or messing with the XSS blocking settings by adding LOLapps and Facebook to the allow list. *lol* I use chrome and I haven't had any problems with the security settings so I'm not sure where to look. It's also possible this is part of the intermittent facebook issues as they are preparing to move to timeline. (ha customer service says this will help http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lkvhnRAd4V0 )

2) Which crystals? Regular purple ones? Could you post your user ID, it's below the game and player's network

3) When you click the links on people's walls, or the ones in the forum which are the same, you receive food/mushrooms. The person who posted the link gets the material listed (vitalin, crystals, etc). You can only click each link once, but if someone posts 30 links for vitalin you can send them 30 vitalin. Or if 10 people post 4 links you can send 40, etc. But if someone posts 1 link for vitalin you can't click it 10 times and send them 10 vitalin, you can only send one per link.

4) I know someone else with the same problem, there doesn't seem to be any answer to it. It could even be an issue on your computer, or with your ISP, or somewhere in the many hops between your computer and facebook, your facebook account, etc. I I'm not sure who to ask, as it's not just LOLapps games it's presumably not something they could fix. They could maybe bring it up with facebook if there were enough users with the issue. You could try calling your ISP to see if it has something to do with bandwidth capping.

2) The crystals are the regular purple ones - I'd be happy to post my User ID, but I'm not quite sure where to look - would you mind directing me to it more so I can find it for you? Thanks!

And all I have to say in response to the Youtube video is: WOW. Did they really send that???? It makes me feel good that they have such wild senses of humor, then, like me!!!! ROFL!!!!

Update: I just started looking onto the source of the "Invalid URL" messages, and BOY is that going deep (at least for me, anyway )! But it is interesting and I will keep learning about it, and when I figure out the problem (and hopefully fix it, if I can!) I will post it here! Still, any other comments, ideas, and help would still be appreciated by me from anybody out there in cyber-world, so if you have any, please, feel free to say them !!!!!

2) Go to the very bottom of any page while logged into your account. You'll see something like: "User ID: 100001923953390" Just copy/paste it here or in a bug report, and the devs will be able to access your account and figure out if there's a glitch. A lot of times, they have to manually go into individual accounts and tweak it. (Ask them about the floating trees sometime...)

3) If you post your own links, people will send you the stuff you need, and you can send them back. Unfortunately, you are not guaranteed to receive gifts back when you send other people gifts, but, as a general rule, people are pretty good about returning, usually within a day or two. A real life-saver for those limited quests.
