Dr Cat

I asked this before and was told after submitting a request that this was part of a daily quest line. I am level 36, I am out of quests but never got this one or the Ratterly one. Any ideas????

I never saw that reply and when I click on the link you provided I got this:

I went ahead and kickstarted and Completed a Quest that should lead to the rest of the Dr. Cat Quests. However, you may experience an issue after the second Quest is Completed. In that case, upon a further reload of the game, the next Quest should appear.
