Mine is exactly the same; I have been waiting for quite a while for support to get to me- had to resubmit the ticket.
There are only 10 types of people in the world: those who understand binary, and those who don't.
Your Ravenwood Fair also loads in the testing environment, it's also unlikely your game accounts for both games broke at the same time. If you would like further assistance I would be happy to try to help, LOLapps itself is limited in how much tech support they can provide for things outside their game

Have you tried this link to access the game:

Otherwise, please answer:
Computer information
Please fill in the first three questions, and question 4 if appropriate
1) Which browser are you using? (Internet Explorer, Fire Fox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, Rockmelt, Maxthon, Avant, PhaseOut, Deepnet Explorer etc)
2) Which version number are you using? (The full version number can be found under "about" somewhere near "help" in your browser's menu and will look like 9.11.098 not just one number)
3) Which operating system are you using? (Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Lion, Snow Leopard, Leopard, Tiger, Ubuntu, Fedora, Linux Mint, openSUSE, PCLinuxOS, etc)
(The forum does not use flash, I do not need your flash information)
4) Have you tried other browsers, if so do they have the same issue? Please fill out the first two questions for every browser you have tried that has the same issue. If you have tried a browser and it does not have the same issue please list that information here:
5) Which flash version are you using?
see: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html
6) Which plug-ins are you using:

The link didn't work for me (thank you for trying).
1. Google Chrome
2. 17.0.963.56 m
3. Windows XP Professional, version 2002, service pack 2
4. No other browsers in use.
5. 11.1.102.62 (Chrome assures me I have the latest player version and it's working.)
6. AVG Safe Search and Ad Block.
Thanks for any help you can give- it's very frustrating! Both Ravenwood and Ravenskye are totally blocked and have been for two+ weeks.

Sadly, that fix didn't work as well; both Ravens are still not working at all- the screen I see looks like this for both games, every time.

nobel- tried that. Nothing. Still looks like this.... incredibly frustrating- three weeks now. I am about to just block the LOLApps games and find another timewaster.

I feel like that screenshot should really mean something to someone, but I can't find an answer. It's like something on your computer or ISP is blocking it for some reason. But chrome isn't really prone to having overreacting security features, and if it's your ISP it'd be a huge fight.
I've bugged LOLapps about the screenshot.
I was going to get you to try to ping 6waves.com from the command line but it doesn't look like they are set up to accept pings.
Have you tried any other browsers?

Dear Cordelia- thank you SO much for all your help. You indirectly solved it for me, just not on this thread. The problem was- Facebook SUCKS. I had the secure browsing enabled, and once I turned it off (found that idea in this helpful thread- http://forums.lolapps.com/threads/33...-does-not-load) in this quote; "It's possible it's the old chestnut "https"; you could try changing your setting:" which was the only thing it hadn't occurred to me to try. I did also try other browsers- installed Firefox just to try that, and I still had that problem.
Thank you again for all your efforts- I apologize for being annoying/frustrating!
