    Default Rex the Rhino Beetle never showed up in my game

    Is Rex the Rhino Beetle supposed to be a new visitor to the game? If so, he never showed up. I was able to complete all the quests up to the Bugfel tower, but no sign of Rex. Is there something else I need to do for this quest, or is this a glitch in the game?
