Problem with the little wings pack

I am very busy with the little wings pack now but there is a problem. When I finished the quest to build the city park, I need to talk to cornelius. But I have also started the ''in the doghouse'' quest. I clicked on cornelius but I accidently clicked on the ''in the doghouse'' quest instead of the other name of the quest, but the other quest was finished but no other quest popped up, which should happen. What do I need to do now?

Have you tried talking to Cornelius again or reloading the game and talking to him again.

I've already tried both of those things. When I talk to cornelius again I get the same line that he says for the ''in the doghouse'' quest. and reloading won't help anything

I have now completed the in the doghouse quest but the quest from the little wings pack won't unlock..
