Problem with the little wings pack

I have purchased the zip line 4 times, each time I do I get a message, "oops something went wrong, you need to reload" I have used the reload button, restarted game, and restarted computer. I had to talk to nick 2 times to restart the quest. Each time I buy the zip line the money and resources do come out. Not sure what to do.

Works fine when I test your account. Try placing it on bare ground instead of on tiles?

Thanks, it worked on the bare ground but can't be moved or I get the same message. Weird
