Red face What's the BEST thing to do at Neighbors Cities?????

Hey guys! Been trying to figure out what the BEST thing to get when you go visiting neighbors?

I know different people may be looking for different things.

Some may be needing more stone, some are looking for collection pieces...

Please post the best buildings to get the most XP or coins that you have found ,,,,

Buildings that seem to drop collection pieces more often then others???

Any tips and tricks you have noticed??

Please share!!!! ALSO I looked through the forum and could not locate a thread like this . If there is one please share the link... Thanks!!

NON active neighbors come in quite handy if you are looking for stone..... There is a spot on a lot of my inactive neighbors cities that I visit when I am on a stone hunt. It is called "rubble" can be boulder rubble, ditch rubble, pyramid rubble, anything "rubble" these drop stone AND wood! Here is a pic of where they are located on inactive cities.

I did a little bit of testing ..... when I go to a neighbors and get just the Rubble using all 5 energy I got (results vary of course, this is an average)
    ABOUT 70 coins, 12 wood, 7 stone, and 12xp

When I chopped other Rocks (just the normal rock not the "rubble") using all 5 energy I got
ABOUT 30 coins, 0 wood, 5 stone, and 20 xp

SO you get MORE stone than chopping just regular stone, plus you get wood as a bonus (not like we really need it lol) and it seems as though you get more coin too. I notice I got LESS xp though...

    weird..

But that's my little tip for stone.... :-) I have about 20 inactive neighbors that have this "rubble" still in their cities If I hit them all every day I can get about 150 stone...

    Happy chopping!!!!

My inactive neighbors are good with me ! I mean look at this abundance of resources!!! LOL

I agree 100% - I always go for the "rubble" with my new or inactive neighbours!
I find these neighbours every bit as valuable as my neighbours that return gifts and have crops growing

Sadly(?) most of my friends are active.

I'm active, but I left rubble in my city so that my neighbours could use it if they want.

My favourite thing to do is to clobber monsters, because you get plenty of exp and materials. The only thing you don't get is wood/stone, but if you've been playing long enough you tend not to need those any more.

The best results I get from visiting neighbours is by looking for Grocks'' ect. About sixty percent of my neighbours have got them and once you have found them and killed them you can repeat again daily.
There are sometimes more than one and they can hide well but it's worth the hunting.
Try to remember where you saw them as they don't often move about.
    Good Luck with your hunting..

I agree with the rubble that is the first I hit until I can't find any in my upper level neighbors. LOVE IT wood, stone, xp, and coin?!?, can't beat that. I have been working on the last patch for collecting from neighbor's buildings (need 112 more collections to go), so I've been experimenting on what gives the most coin and xp and collection drops. I've collected from pretty much every building and have found the only collection drop is for Fowler's Landing (collect from Manor and Mill) and I get a 70% drop rate but I haven't seen anything else drop yet. The botanical garden gives 100 coin and 5 xp in my experience. When anybody wants to finish that patch line, I suggest Fowler's Mill, Manor, garden, skyescrapers, and condos. What I'm amazed at is that many of my middle range level neighbors leave no buildings to collect from. To complete the patch line you need to collect from "Ready to Collect" from buildings and just FYI, buildings like the mason and mill for wood and stone DO NOT count same with ladybug manors and hummingbird mansions. There's my two cents.

Sadly if you are looking at collections, the only buildings I found that I could get from a neighbor were the Fowler's Mill and Manor. I love (yet feel sad) when I see cities that have been abandoned and I can still find rubble. I try to always have some area open with wood and stone if any neighbor wants or needs that material. I admit I'm not good about leaving monsters alive in my city.

My main city I have quite a bit of stone and wood so I don't really worry about looking for that when I visit neighbors but my second city always seems to be low on stone.

I always check out for the Fowler Mill and Fowlers Manor. Their drop rate seems very high, in fact I am sure I never once had a skillet drop from my own and it is a collection I have finished many times over.

The reward of 88 stone seems well worth it.

I am with Angel, I always go for the rubble. It will give you no less than 3 wood and 1 stone, 10 coin and 2 ex per hit. Occasionally you will get 4 wood along with 2 stone. When visiting lower level or players that have stopped playing I always look for rubble....When visiting higher players I look for monsters all over the city (including the interior and peak) as these give great experience (between 40 and 60 per kill). I have not had much luck with collecting from neighbors and for the little amount of coin you get for it I do not bother. Same with totems I have had one drop from a neighbors totem, so do not bother with that either.

If my neighbour still has Fowler's Mill or Fowler's Manor out, I hit them to try to get a collection piece. Otherwise I collect a crop that I need (if they have any ripe), and go for stone. I'll have to look for rubble - I've got a dozen inactive neighbours that I use for a stone farm every day.
