    Default Can't receive energy and lost royal carriage

    I cannot receive my daily energy because the email you have is wrong (it has a period after my email so isn't coming to me). I cannot receive it at another email address because then it will not connect to my Ravenwood Fair game. Sent an email to Lolapps support a week ago but have not received a response, probably because they have my email address wrong. Is there any way for me to get you the correct my email address so I can start receiving the daily email?

    Also, I stashed the royal carriage and it is not in the storage area, so I have no idea how to get it back. Please help! Thank you!

    Try to submit a request using this link: http://support.lolapps.com/anonymous_requests/new Make sure to include your old and new email addresses as well as your UID.

    The daily energy mail uses the e-mail from your facebook profile, it would be best to fix that as it will keep causing random problems if your e-mail is incorrect in your facebook profile

    I checked my facebook profile and it already has the correct email address in there. It seems like someone added a period after my email address when sending the daily energy and that may be why I'm not receiving it. I've sent another email to the URL you provided and confirmed my email address and explained the problem to them. Thank you both for all of your help!
