Messaging Centre in Ravenwood
Why do some of my gifts go all the way over to the left when I click on them in the messaging centre. It only seems to be the pending and thank you sections. Does this mean that the pending gifts are not being returned and the thank yous are not being collected?

It means there is an unspecified error with the gift, which may mean it isn't being accepted or may mean it can't be returned or both.

I've been having the same problem lately. Quite often. But I've been having all manner of problems with FB lately. Not just game related.
