Thread: Does anyone know what's causing this?

Default Does anyone know what's causing this?

I had a problem for three weeks with the game not loading at all- finally realized that the httpS setting was blocking it; I can now play Wood and Skye, but when I do gift requests, I constantly get this....... even from friends and neighbors. It seems to have no rhyme or reason. Is this a privacy setting again? Appreciate any help anyone has- done all the usual- cleared cache, flash, restarted, etc.

You can tell by the screen shot that they're loading up in https again. I'm not sure why, but you might recheck your FB settings to make sure you have Secure Browsing turned all the way off. One of the mods might know even more about it.

Thank you! I totally missed that...... weird.

More to the point; how do I fix it? Some of them appear like this, and some don't- acording to FB,my https browsing is still disabled.

Now that's a good question. I can't remember for sure, but it seems like if other players are using HTTPS that when you go to send them a gift the gift window will load in HTTPS. If that's the case you can't fix it I don't think. But again, my memory isn't the greatest. And it could be something totally different.

Hopefully one of the mods will know more.

If they have https turned on their links will come up https.

As long as the button works I wouldn't worry about the picture.

I don't know if the button actually works- I'll have to try it with a friend and see. Thank you all!
