Gifts being lost

I'm losing a lot of gifts I click the accept button the gift moves to the left but is not accepted and of course I can't return it either, last time this happened you could go back into the message centre and try again but this time they are gone, it taking me ages to collect items. I have a wedding coming up and really need this fixed, I've also noticed that in the wedding quest when I needed bells the monsters were dropping bouquets, now I need bouquets and they are dropping bells.
Anyone else having these problems?

I'm pretty sure they are looking into the gifts sliding left, it is so random it is hard to find the cause. Sometime it seems good then it starts again for me. Can't help with the drops for the wedding,

The developers say that monsters are not tied to the same system as trees, they do not drop what you need but will just drop anything.

Gifts move to the left when they fail for some reason, the current theory is facebook is corrupting them in some way; facebook is putting through a whole tonne of changes recently so it's not unexpected that there will be issues.

Also the game keeps losing connection this didn't happen much before but now it's happening all the time around every 10 minutes / a message just comes up saying ' are you you are connected to the internet?' / please note my connection is fine on other websites. Try making sure to completely clear out your RC at least once a day. The older a gift, the more likely it is to get wonky.

Clear your cache to reduce oos errors, and if they're triggered by any particular action, please let us know!:

How To Delete Ravenwood from your Flash Cache.

You will not lose any game data but "Enable Fast loading"/memory settings will be set back to default.

Close Ravenwood completely then go to this website:

The control panel on the web is not a photograph. This is the actual control panel. Find "edgecast" and highlight it, then click "Delete Site"

*NOTE: It was previously listed as "Ravenwood" in the flash cache, since Ravenwood switched to a different server hosting company it comes up as "edgecast". Sorry for any confusion this causes.

Cache and Flash cache cleared. I'm losing about 85% of these new quest items plus random other items. 40 mail, 18 hear better horns, 40 cameras, 18 corn etc. Really is annoying. Has been happening for several weeks, some days better than others but really bad now.
I've been trying to find a possible reason but just can't. Just a little frustrated Rachy, sorry (

hi rachy, I have cleared my flash cache and my browser cache, and I always clear out my gifts at least 2 times a day ( sometimes more) and I'm still losing gifts in the same way (when I try to accept the gift it just moves to the left and I'm unable to accept it or re-gift it). The amount of gifts i was losing did drop to around 1 in 10 but now with the new 'mole comfort' gifts it's gone back up to around 1 out of every 3 gifts being lost . I feel bad because I don't want my neighbors/ friends thinking I'm just not bothering to re-gift because eventually they'll stop gifting me. Is this a common problem? are other Ravenwooders also having this issue? Any help would be great thanks

I am also having this problem with gifts.

Mine seems to be mainly the cot sets. I just cant get them. They just go to the left of the page whether it is a collect and send or just a gift returned to me.

Other random ones do it too, but all the cot sets are doing it

Yes it would seem that way it is always worse for the 1st few days of new content. This weekend it has been really bad today alone I have lost at least 40 gifts is it something to do with the new facebook timeline being rolled out this weekend or have I just been really unlucky ?

No idea, but it's possible FB messed with things. Your best bet is to accept gifts as fast as possible so they have less chance to become corrupted.

Hi guys having the same problem gifts zipping to the left.Been really bad today..Tried to find some sort of pattern to it but its random..Have cleared the message centre and anything in apps and games..I have cleared history and cache,i have tried breaking the session up..every thing and it is still the same.Also it is different gifts and different amounts of multiplies..and singles.I know you guys are doing your best to sort it and i have tried to isolate what is doing it,to try to help but nothing seems to stand out...Sorry not been much help..Do appreciate everything you guys do though..Happy Easter to you and your families..

The only thing I've noticed is if you click "see more" in one section and no more gifts appear the other gifts in other sections will fail until you reload, but it might have been a fluke.
