If future there is a "report post" button under every post if you need to contact the moderators regarding a post or user.

It does for me, too. Complete with his friends in the neighbor bar. This happened once with another game. It's very strange. Hmmm, should I chop up some stuff for them while I'm there? lol Nawww

Also, you can use the report link for other serious matters as well. When you report something each mod gets an email. For something like this it would probably be better to report under the post because a) it's private, and b) you don't have to link to the post because it's automatically referenced.
