The fact that we can no longer send requests for items need to build is the last straw for me. Sorry, guys, you've lost me as a player.

I have always collected most of the drop items needed to build games etc. by chopping trees or mining. It was always nice, however to have a few of the items gifted to us . Now that is not possible at all and the drop rate has not increased. I'm so frustrated by that.

A little while ago, as I was going through my friends' posts to send needed items, my browser (Chrome) crashed. I had 5 tabs open to send gifts to a friend in Ravenskye City. (Yes, I know that this is not the forum for Ravenskye, but this issue applies to Ravenwood Fair equally.) Because of the crash, my friend did not receive her gifts and therefore nor could I receive any in return, which, I think, is the whole point of gifting from the feeds. It's nice that we get some food or coins for replying to a wall feed, but that is not the main reason for sending. The gifts are what is ultimately important. If we, as senders of gifts, get an automatic reward when we click on the feed, then the gift should be sent at the same time. I've lost count of the times that my friends and I have missed out on gifts because of this process.

We seem to be required to collect more and more items for building quests in both Ravenwood and Ravenskye, so much so that it is now stressful, rather than fun to play the games. I discovered the forums a while ago and have been going there to send gifts because so few of my friends pay any attention to the wall posts. At least that way I was getting some return for the time spent sending stuff. Even so, it's much more rewarding to send to friends.

I'm sad to be going. I've invested a lot of time and had a lot of fun with Ravenworld, but it's just getting to be a bit over the top.
