missing buildings ...

i have a bunch of buildings missing and some of my decorations gone as well. everything disappeared yesterday. i thought it was maybe a temporary thing then. but here it is over 24 hrs later and everything is still gone. i have sent in a help request today, but i'm not sure when they will be able to fix this.

i have also checked my storage just in case it ended up in there some how. but nothing.

has this happened to anyone else?

I'm missing buildings as well since a few days. They've been showing up as white squares. It's about the courthouse (this one is surrounded by grey moving balls), the stone basin, and also the doors to Ravenskye Interior. I don't mind waiting so much for the other two to get fixed, but I can't get into Ravenskye Interior without those doors :/. Anyone else having this?

I did have that problem about the missing buildings & white squares but now all the ground has vanished & turned black ? all that`s left are vines, rocks & grass & paths if ppl have them. it all looks very strange.

Have you tried clearing your cache, clearing your flash cache, made sure your flash is up to date and restarting your comp?
I had this a few weeks ago and when I did all the above it all went back to normal

Yes did all that always clear the cache & it`s never happened before.
